Nothing makes you less motivated than your own decision.
The stronger you decide to do something ,the more reluctant you become to do it.
so if you don't want to do something ,like eating snack or drinking for diet ,just make it mandatory . If you love doing something ,you shouldn't make it mandatory. Never. Just make it a "No" . so you'll love doing it more.
